We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and selected European and Middle Eastern countries. If your country isnβt listed at checkout, please contact us before ordering.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 10β25 business days, depending on your country. You will get a tracking number when your order is sent.
5. How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping. Free shipping may be available during sales or bundle deals.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or colour due to hygiene reasons. Please check size charts and product details before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing email us at afiyamodest.store@gmail.com
7. What if my order is damaged or wrong?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Please send your order number, photos, and a short explanation to afiyamodest.store@gmail.com. If approved, we will refund you or send a replacement.
8. How do I get a refund?
If your return is approved, we will refund your payment within 5β10 business days after we get the item back.
9. Do I need to pay for return postage?
Yes, you will need to pay for return postage. We will provide our return address by email if your return is approved. Please use a tracked service.
10. What if I put the wrong shipping address?
Please check your address carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for lost orders if the wrong address is given.
