Order Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order and before they have been processed for shipping.

After 1 hour, or if your order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

What if my order has already shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy if you have received a damaged or incorrect item.
